  4. * Retrocade is a free product. If you have paid even a penny for Retrocade,
  5.   you have been ripped off, as selling it is not allowed. Since Retrocade
  6.   is a free product, no one associated with the Retrocade Alliance can be
  7.   held responsible for any negative impact  that Retrocade's use/misuse might
  8.   casuse or lead to, including, but not limited to, data corruption, lost
  9.   work, lost sleep, divorce.

  11. * Retrocade must never be distributed with ROM images, and may never appear
  12.   in the same archive as the ROM images themselves. Retrocade must not ever
  13.   be placed on permanent media such as a CDROM.

  15. * You may give Retrocade away to anyone you wish. You may not alter existing
  16.   contents of the Retrocade archive. You may add in additional support files,
  17.   such as .PAKs, for custom packages for people to download, but nothing
  18.   beyond this. Do not alter the existing contents in any way.
